Shrimp and Veggie Spring Rolls with Spicy Peanut butter dip

Recipe Ingredients for Spring roll

0.5 cup, chopped Carrots

Recipe Directions for Spring roll

Julienne Carrots, and cucumber. Add with shrimp, basil, cilantro and onto bottom third portion of wrapper. Roll 3/4 way then tuck sides into middle. finish rolling spring roll then cut in half. Dip into awesome sauce and enjoy :)
