Spring roll with vermicelli, ground beef and shrimp

Recipe Ingredients for Spring Roll (Lumpia Isi Bihun)

30 Spring roll wrappers
150 g vermicelli, boil in water for 2 minutes, drain, mix with sesame oil and sweet soy suace
150 g ground beef
100 g shrimp, chop into small pieces
2 carrots, juilenne cuts
2 green onions, chop thinly
4 cloves garlic, chop thinly
2 tbsp. fish sauce
1 tsp. ground white pepper
1 cup water for glue

Recipe Directions for Spring Roll (Lumpia Isi Bihun)

In a wok, saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook. Then add shrimp and cook until changes color. Add fish sauce and pepper. Add cut carrots and cook 2 minutes. Add boiled vermicelli and mix it well. Add green onion and mix and turn off the stove. To make the spring roll, place 1 tbsp. of filing on the center of roll. Roll and form an envelope-like shape. Glue the margin with water. Deep fry it with hot oil under medium high heat until golden brown and crunchy. Place on plate layered with paper towel. Serve with hot sauce or chili paddy
