Vietnamese Spring Roll with baked Salmon topped with grilled onions.

Recipe Ingredients for Spring Roll w/ baked Salmon

1 oz. Salmon (baked)
1 oz g) Rice Noodles, Cooked
2 spring roll wrapper
1 oz Onions Grilled
1 leaf lettuce

Recipe Directions for Spring Roll w/ baked Salmon

  1. Cut white onions.

  2. Season Salmon Fillet with Salt & Pepper and top with white onions. Bake for 15 min. (depending on size)

  3. Boil rice noodle. & Wash Lettuce.

  4. Serve Salmon with noodle, lettuce, spring roll wrappers and a bowl of hot water to dip wrappers in.
