12 oz Peas
1 oz Shallots
2 oz California Pitted Dates
2 oz Walnuts Chopped
1 serving Cayenne Pepper
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for spring peas with walmuts & dates

blanch trimmed sugar snap peas for 2 minutesd in boiling sdlated water and shock in ice water bath saute thinly sliced shallots in olive oilfor 2 minutes then add choooed walnuts and chopped dates and heat through for 2 minutes. combine with sugar snap peas and thawed frozen peas. salt and pepper to taste
