Bowtie pasta w/ spring vegetables in cream sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Spring Pasta Medley

2 oz pasta
1/8 cup red bell pepper
1/8 cup mushroom
1/8 cup asparagus
2 tbsp heavy cream

Recipe Directions for Spring Pasta Medley

  1. Cut vegetables into bite size pieces

  2. Mix with 2 tsp of minced garlic

  3. cook at 350 about 12 minutes or until vegetables are softened but firm

  4. cook pasta according to directions

  5. Heat cream on the stove w/ fresh or dry basil

  6. Mix together and serve.

  7. Optional to top w/ parmesean cheese
