Recipe Ingredients for Spring Onion & Mushroom Pasta

2 cup, diced Mushrooms, Portabella
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
8 oz Penne Dry
2 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt, Table
1/2 cup Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese

Recipe Directions for Spring Onion & Mushroom Pasta

  1. Cook penne

  2. Saute mushrooms, spring onions, and garlic in 1 tbsp. olive oil.

  3. Add salt, optional seasonings.

  4. Toss pasta with saute mixture, 1 cup pasta water, ricotta, and 1 tbsp olive oil.
