6 spears asparagus
1 cup mushrooms
2/3 cup green onions
1 cup parmesan cheese
4 Grape tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Spring Omelet

Saute vegetables about 4 minutes. Add egg and milk mixture. Top with tomatoes and parmesan cheese.
