Recipe Ingredients for Spring Greens and Roasted Chicken

5 oz boneless skinless chicken (about one large breast)
8 cups mixed greens
2 cups strawberries
4 oz feta cheese
1/2 cup honey-roasted peanuts
1 fruit lemon
3 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Spring Greens and Roasted Chicken

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and saute for fast cooking.

  2. Place greens on platter and top with EVERYTHING but the lemon, oil, salt and pepper.

  3. Combine juice from lemon, oil, salt and pepper separately and drizzle on top of the salad. Enjoy.
