Fruit salad with mandarin oranges, coconut, marshmallows, sour cream, pineapple tidbits, walnuts and brown sugar

Recipe Ingredients for Spring Fruit Salad

8 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
8 oz flaked coconut, toasted
8 oz miniature marshmallows
1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
3/4 cup pineapple tidbits, unsweetened, drained
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Spring Fruit Salad

  1. In a small serving bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, sprinkle with walnuts and brown sugar.

  2. Yield: 6 servings. Prep: 5 min. + chilling
