Recipe Ingredients for Spring Cabbage Salad With Mint

1 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage
1 cup chopped(160 g) Red Onion
2 medium Carrots
50 grams Mint
25 grams Coriander
6 Teaspoon Juice
2 tsp Sugars, Granulated
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
3 serving Peanut Oil
0.5 tsp Lemon Peel

Recipe Directions for Spring Cabbage Salad With Mint

  1. Combine cabbage, onions, carrots, mint and coriander in a large serving dish.

  2. Drizzle with dressing (all dressing ingredients whisked together until sugar and salt dissolved.)

  3. Toss through with fingers.

  4. Garnish with whole mint leaves.
