Recipe Ingredients for Sport Drink, homemade

12 fruit+2-3/8"+dia lemons
8 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
12 cups water

Recipe Directions for Sport Drink, homemade

  1. Squeeze lemons or limes, or put them through a juicer; pour the juice into a very tall, sturdy glass pitcher; add some ice

  2. Boil a little of the water to melt the sugar and salt; pour it over the sugar and salt which are in a pyrex container

  3. When the sugar and salt are disolved, pour it over the ice and the lemon or lime juice mixture

  4. Add your water
