17 oz jiffy corn muffin mix
4 egg whites
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup coconut oil
8 oz lowfat sour cream
1 cup Creamed Corn Golden Sweet

Recipe Directions for spoonbread

  1. preheat oven on 350 degrees

  2. mix all ingredients, then oil baking dish

  3. and pour batter into it.

  4. bake until golden or 35-40mins

  5. -4reg egg whites(2whole eggs old recipe)

  6. 2reg jumbo egg whites

  7. -2packs of jiffy mix
