Recipe Ingredients for Sponge roll filled with strawberry and basil mascarpone

6 tbsp Wheat Flour
6 medium Egg, Whole
6 tbsp, unsifted Sugars, Powdered
100 grams Sugars, Powdered
250 grams Mascarpone
1 tablespoon Basil
100 grams Water
250 grams Strawberries

Recipe Directions for Sponge roll filled with strawberry and basil mascarpone

  1. Make sponge cake from 6 eggs, 6 tbsp sugar and 6 tbsp flour.

  2. Make sugar syrup from 1 dl water and 10 dkg sugar.

  3. Put basil to the sugar syrup and leave in it for 1 hour.

  4. Mix the basil sugar syrup with the 250g mascarpone.

  5. Cover the sponge cake with the cream , put sliced strawberry on it and roll.
