Recipe Ingredients for Split Pea Soup sooo yummy!

400 grams Split Peas
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, chopped Onions
1/2 cup Parsley
1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Lemons
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Split Pea Soup sooo yummy!

  1. soak peas

  2. saute onion and carrot

  3. add peas, water, salt and bay leaves, and black pepper

  4. cook til almost ready

  5. add chopped parsley

  6. remove from heat when peas are soft

  7. add extra olive oil and juice of the lemon
