Split pea soup. Pressure cooker recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Split Pea Soup

450 g split peas
1/2 cup onion diced
1/2 cup carrot
1/2 cup celery
1 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
4 cups water
4 cups vegetable broth
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Split Pea Soup

  1. Add oil, carrots, onion, garlic, celery and thyme to pressure cooker and saute.

  2. Add water and split peas and pepper.

  3. Put on lid and bring to pressure.

  4. Cook for 10 to 12 min.
