1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
4 medium raw Carrots
3.951 oz Ham, Sliced, Regular

Recipe Directions for Split Pea Soup with Ham

  1. Simmer peas in broth until tender. About 60 mins. Mash peas gently against side of pan.

  2. Dice ham, onion, and carrots.

  3. Saute onion and carrots until tender.

  4. Mix ham, onion, carrots, and pea mixture together and heat.
