Recipe Ingredients for Split pea & lentil soup

1/3 cup split peas
1/3 cup lentils
1/3 cup barley
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped onion

Recipe Directions for Split pea & lentil soup

Put split peas, lentils & barley in 3-4 cups water or broth and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer for 30-45 minutes. Add other ingred and cook another 15-20 minutes. Season to taste.
