215 grams dry split peas
210 grams onions, chopped
362 grams potatoes, russet, chopped
8 cups chicken stock
236 grams sweet potatoes, cubed
148 grams carrots, chopped

Recipe Directions for Split pea, clean out the refrigerator

Throw all ingredients together in Slow cooker. Let cook on high until vegetables are tender. Salt and pepper to taste. I added 2 Tablespoons liquid smoke.
