Recipe Ingredients for Splenda Cocoa Bottom Banana Cake

4 oz ICBINB! Regular (Stick)
48 tsp Sweetener
2 large Egg, White
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Bananas
1.5 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.25 cup Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened

Recipe Directions for Splenda Cocoa Bottom Banana Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Spray 9x9 pan with cooking spray.

  3. Cream ICBINButter and Splenda.

  4. Add egg whites and vanilla; beat until combined.

  5. Blend in bananas.

  6. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl.

  7. Add dry mixture to creamed mixture.

  8. Divide batter in half and add cocoa to one of the halves. Mix well.

  9. Spread cocoa batter evenly into the pan.

  10. Spread remaining batter over the cocoa batter carefully.

  11. Bake 25-30 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

  12. Cool completely before cutting.
