Brownies made with Splenda & no sugar

Recipe Ingredients for Splenda Brownie - 8x8 pan

1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 eggs
1 cup splenda
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup 2% milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Splenda Brownie - 8x8 pan

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease & flour 8x8x2 pan.

  2. In small saucepan, melt margarine & cocoa powder over medium heat, stir occasionally until smooth, then let cool.

  3. In medium-large bowl, beat eggs until frothy.

  4. Stir in splenda.

  5. Combine flour, salt & baking powder, then add to egg mixture.

  6. Add cococa-margarine to egg mixture.

  7. Stir in milk & vanilla.

  8. Pour into pan

  9. Bake 25-30 minutes until toothpick in center comes out clean.
