110 grams Stone Ground 100% Wholemeal Plain Flour
2 large Egg, Whole
250 grams Milk
450 grams Spinach
60 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Unenriched
500 grams Milk
55 grams Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Spinnach pancake caneloni

Make the pancakes, roll the cooked spinnach inside each pancake. Lay the rolled up pancakes in a shallow dish. Make a white sauce, put in half the cheese. Pour the cheesey sauce over the pancakes and sprinkle on the remaining cheese. Cook in the oven at 200 C for about 20-30 mins.
