Recipe Ingredients for spinich slaw or burger topper

200 grams Organic Baby Spinach
400 grams Cabbage
0.33 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, Organic
1 tsp Dill Weed, Dried
6 Teaspoon Juice
1/4 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
0.5 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
1.5 tbsp Basil, Fresh
5 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for spinich slaw or burger topper

  1. you will need 1/4 cup rock salt besides the other ingredients, after you shave you head cabbage put in large mixing bowl and sprinkle rock salt over it, mix and knead into cabbage until cabbage turns limp and releases its own juices, then rinse the salt out of cabbage several times, drain in cullender completely before adding to the rest of recipe

  2. chop spinach, bell peppers and green onions course

  3. chop fresh basil fine

  4. combine all vegetables in mixing bowl once prepped, then add lime juice, olive oil and spices mix again covering all of salad with a light oil coating

  5. cover and leave in fridge overnight
