Recipe Ingredients for Spinich Panini

1 French Roll
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 cup fresh spinach
1/4 cup diced tomato
2 oz zucchini
1 slice swiss cheese

Recipe Directions for Spinich Panini

  1. Spread mayonnaise on one slice of sourdough.

  2. Top with swiss cheese.

  3. Arrange the spinach leaves evenly over the cheese.

  4. Top with diced tomato.

  5. Cover the spinach and tomato with second slice of sourdough.

  6. In a panini press or grill pan, cook the panini until the bread is lightly browned and crisp.

  7. Slice in half and serve.
