Recipe Ingredients for Spinich Bean Salad with Maple Dressing

3 tbsp Vinegar, Cider
0.25 cup Syrups, Maple
1 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tsp Mustard
1 tsp Sea Salt
15 oz Great Northern Beans
12 oz Spinach
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red

Recipe Directions for Spinich Bean Salad with Maple Dressing

  1. Mix together dressing ingredients:maple syrup, cider vinegar, olive oil, dijon, salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Rinse and drain beans.

  3. Mix Spinich, onion, pepper, beans in a bowl.

  4. Drizzle over warmed dressing and serve.
