Tasty Low Fat Spinach and Tomatoe Omelette

Recipe Ingredients for Spinch Tomatoe Eggwhite Omelette

56 grams 100% Liquid Egg Whites
1 cup Spinach
0.5 cup Organic Cherry Tomatoes
1 tbsp chopped Chives
0.5 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Spinch Tomatoe Eggwhite Omelette

Cut cherry tomatoes in half and toss with Spinach and chives in a heated pan sprayed with a touch of Pam. When spinach and tomatoes are wilted, remove from pan and set aside. Then, pour 1/2 cup of egg whites into pam, sprinkle a tablespoon of cheese and some season salt of your choice on eggs. When egg is almost cooked through, add in cooked spinach & tomatoes, fold the egg over and plate. Spoon over 3 tablespoons of your favorite no-fat salsa and enjoy!
