Spinch & Ham Quiche Recipe

Great for Breakfast or Dinner. I like Sharp Cheddar.

Recipe Ingredients for Spinch & Ham Quiche

10 oz. spinach
1/2 c light cheese
1/2 c cheese
1 pie crust
6 eggs
1 c chopped ham
1/2 c chopped onion

Recipe Directions for Spinch & Ham Quiche

  1. Bake the Frozen pie Crust @ 425 degrees for 5 minutes and set aside.

  2. Cook Spinach for 6-8 minutes and drain completely. Use papertowel to get ALL moisture out.

  3. Lightly beat eggs. Add cheese and spinach and lightly beat.

  4. Place ham and onion on bottom of pie crust. Pour egg mixture over top.

  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Than at 300 degrees for 30 min. Let stand for 5-10 minutes prior to serving.
