0.25 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.33 tbsp chopped Onions
0.25 oz Low Fat, Cheddar Or Colby Cheese
0.5 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for Spinash Omelet

Beat Eggs, milk, (salt & pepper to taste) Spray your pan with non-cooking spray. Add eggs to pan over low heat, and let cook until edge is set. Add veggie, cheese, and cook to your perfered doneness
