Recipe Ingredients for Spinach, Zucchini, Squash Quick dinner

2 cups spinach leaves
2 cup zucchini
2 cups squash
6 large mushrooms
1 teaspoon garlic
1 salt
1 pepper
1 cup sweet onion

Recipe Directions for Spinach, Zucchini, Squash Quick dinner

Put all but spinach in dish and cook for about 12 minutes. add spinach at the end to slightly steam it. Serve with a fillet of fish or eat alone.
