Sushi style vegetable cous cous wraps. Cut out the tortilla wraps :)

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach wraps

1 cup Spinach
0.5 Medium Tomatoes
40 grams Co Us Cous
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
0.25 serving Balsamic Vinegar
0.13 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
0.5 clove Garlic
0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled

Recipe Directions for Spinach wraps

  1. Lay the spinach leaves out flat

  2. Cook the cous cous in plain unsealed water. When cooked drain and add lemon, fresh basil finely chopped , garlic finely chopped or crushed and balsamic vinegar. Mix in and leave to steam.

  3. Juilliene the carrot, red pepper and tomato.

  4. Lay a layer of the Cous Cous out flat against the spinach leaves, flatten down.

  5. Line a layer of carrot, pepper and tomato on top of the cous cous.

  6. Roll the spinach up into a roll and wrap with cling film or set with sushi vinegar or pin with cocktail stick.
