Spinach, Wilted Recipe

My own creation...also good with sauteed mushrooms mixed in and maybe some green onions

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach, wilted

6 cups spinach, raw, rinsed
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
1 tbsp. olive oil, extra virgin
1/4 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for Spinach, wilted

saute garlic in olive oil over low heat until aromatic - nicely done. Add spinach and toss until slightly wilted. sprinkle with salt and toss again. Serve immediately. Wilting the spinach only takes a minute, maybe two. Don't let it get mushy - it is still tasty that way, but better left just a little crisp.
