Delicious whole wheat lasagna with four cheeses and fresh baby spinach

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach whole wheat lasagna

2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese
15 ounces whole wheat macaroni
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 cup skim milk
4 cups baby spinach
1 large whole tomato

Recipe Directions for Spinach whole wheat lasagna

  1. cook lasagna as directed

  2. put in bottom layer of a lasagna pan

  3. layer about 3 layers (depending on your pan size, etc) of each kind of cheese and spinach between layers of pasta, leaving some fresh mozzarella leftover

  4. slice a big tomato into pretty slices on top, put pieces of fresh mozzarella all around

  5. bake at 350 for about 45 minutes
