Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and Tomatoe Frittata

6 large Eggs
2 tbs 2% milk
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs Butter
10 ounces Chopped Spinach
1 tomato
3 ounces cheese

Recipe Directions for Spinach and Tomatoe Frittata

  1. Add the vegetables and sautee till tender, varying depending on the vegetable being used.

  2. Mix eggs together and pour over the vegetables in a bake safe skillet. Let cook till just firm and the broil for about 5 minutes or until the top is fully set up.

  3. serve!
