Recipe Ingredients for Spinach with Tomato, Onion

2 pounds spinach
1 medium yellow onion
3 cloves garlic
15 ounces tomatoes
2 tbsp. canola oil
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for Spinach with Tomato, Onion

Heat oil and saute onions and garlic. Add can of diced tomatoes. garlic salt and salt. Cook for 5 minutes, then add spinach little by little, until all is wilted. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
