Spinach, tomato and cream cheese omelette

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and Tomato Omelette

3 eggs large
1 tsp butter
1/4 cup spinach
1 tomato
2 tbls cream cheese

Recipe Directions for Spinach and Tomato Omelette

Beat eggs well. Using an omelette pan or nonstick pan heat, add butter (should sizzle but not burn) then add eggs. Stir in pan until the top is wet but not raw. Add cream cheese, tomato and spinach and immediately remove from pan.
