Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Tomato Frittata

0.5 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
6 oz Spinach
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
6 large Egg, Whole
4 oz 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar

Recipe Directions for Spinach Tomato Frittata

  1. Preheat oven to 350*.

  2. Steam one bag of fresh spinach until soft.

  3. Spread on the bottom of a glass pie pan.

  4. Add In:

  5. 1/2C of halved cherry tomatoes

  6. 1/2C chopped onion

  7. Beat 6 eggs and top over the veggies, slightly mix.

  8. Spread 1C shredded cheese on the top.

  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, let set for 10 minutes.

  10. Enjoy!
