Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and tomato frittata

2 cups frozen spinach
6 oz grape tomatoes
10 grams butter
4 eggs
1 oz fontina cheese
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Spinach and tomato frittata

Thaw spinach in microwave for a couple of minutes. Melt half the butter in a small nonstick frying pan, saute spinach, tomato, season with salt, pepper and garlic if desired. Remove from heat. Beat eggs, mix in cheese and sauteed spinach mix. Melt the rest of the butter, add egg mix and cooked until brown. Meantime, turn on the broiler. When frittata is golden at the bottom, place the frying pan to finish cooking under the broiler.
