Spinach and Tofu Recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and Tofu

14 oz soft tofu
1 bunch spinach
1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms
1 clove garlic
2 tsp peanut oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 pinch white pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Spinach and Tofu

  1. Use just enough oil in a pan over a medium flame to quickly season the pan with minced garlic.

  2. Add mushrooms and saute for 30 seconds or so.

  3. Add spinach and stir until wilted.

  4. Add pepper, oyster sauce and soy sauce and stir.

  5. Add chicken broth and raise heat to bring to a boil.

  6. Reduce flame to simmer and add tofu.
