Spinach and Three Cheese Stuffed Manicotti

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and Three Cheese Stuffed Manicotti

1/4 pound Manicotti, dry
8 ounce Ricotta
5 ounces Spinach, frozen, chopped
2 tbsp Parmesan
2 cups Marinara sauce
1 cups Provolone, grated
1 cup shredded chicken

Recipe Directions for Spinach and Three Cheese Stuffed Manicotti

  1. ? Add the manicotti to boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse.

  2. ? Preheat the oven to 350

  3. Squeeze the spinach until dry and add the ricotta and parmesan to the spinach.

  4. Place of the sauce in the bottom of a medium casserole dish.

  5. Stuff each manicotti with the cheese mixture and place in the dish.

  6. Top with the remaining sauce and sprinkle on the provolone overtop.

  7. Cover the dish and bake for 40 minutes.

  8. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes longer.

  9. Serve warm.
