Recipe Ingredients for Spinach supreme

10 ounce frozen chopped spinach
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup skim milk
1/8 cup onion, chopped
1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp crushed rosemary

Recipe Directions for Spinach supreme

Cook spinach and drain well. combine rice wiht remaining ingredients. Stir in spinach. Pour mixture into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
