Recipe Ingredients for spinach stuffed baby bellas

6 oz Baby Bella
10 oz Spinach
3 serving size Light Swiss Original
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for spinach stuffed baby bellas

if you're using frozen spinach, thaw it, drain it, and squeeze out some of the moisture. If you cooked it yourself, drain and squeeze out the moisture. Then add the 3 wedges of Laughing Cow swiss and mix it together. Remove the stems and clean out the insides of the caps. Fill with spinach. Brush the tops of the caps with olive oil and either grill, bake, or cook on a grill pan until the mushrooms are softened and the spinach looks a little bubbly.
