Good combo of sweet squash and savory spinach.

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and Squash Pasta 1/2C

2 t broth
1/2 c butternut squash, roasted and cut into chunks
3 cloves garlic
1/3 c water
2 t olive oil
1 salt and pepper to taste
4 c spinach, chopped
4 c cooked noodles
1/2 c parmesan cheese
1/2 c breadcrumbs

Recipe Directions for Spinach and Squash Pasta 1/2C

Saute spinach in oil until just wilted. Add garlic, squash, broth, and water. Mix with pasta. Serve with cheese and breadcrumbs.
