Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Squares

3 Eggs
1 cup Flour
1 cup Skim Milk
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 small chopped onion
8 oz low fat cheese
10 oz chopped spinach

Recipe Directions for Spinach Squares

  1. Beat everything together. Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Pour mixture in and spread evenly. Bake at 350 for approx 45 mins or until edges start to brown. Cool 45 minutes before cutting.

  2. Note: Use any kind of shredded cheese you like. Also, make sure you squeese all water out of frozen or steamed spinach.
