Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Soup

150 g baked potato
105 g onion
12 g butter
610 g milk
2 cloves garlic
450 g water
490 g frozen spinach
1 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Spinach Soup

  1. fry the onion and garlic in butter

  2. add the potatoes

  3. cover in stock and simmer for 10 minutes

  4. add the milk

  5. add half the spinach

  6. simmer for 15 minutes

  7. add the rest of the spinach

  8. cool for 5 minutes

  9. blend

  10. season and reheat
