Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Soup

6 oz g) of Spinach
1/2 onion
12 g Garlic
1 (cloves,+raw)
170 g (medium g) White Potatoe
2 cups Chicken Broth
2 cups 2% milk
2 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin

Recipe Directions for Spinach Soup

In a pan add olive oil, diced onions, and diced white potatoe. Cook for about 10 min till potatoe tender. Then add two cups of milk and chicken broth bring to boil for 10 min. Then add half the spinach and let it cook for 10 minutes. Once that's done turn off and let it cool. Place in blender with the remaining spinach. You can serve it as a side or eat it with some whole wheat bread.
