1 Banana, medium size, sliced 2 cups Baby Spinach 1 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy) OPTIONAL: 10 Almonds, soaked overnight 1 tablespoon Flax seed oil Crushed Ice As needed

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Smoothie

2 cup Spinach
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 cup Calcium-Fortified Milk

Recipe Directions for Spinach Smoothie

  1. Blend together the sliced bananas, spinach and about 1/2 cup of milk to make it a smooth puree. There should not be any lumps.

  2. Now add the remaining milk and blend

  3. it once again. You can adjust the quantity of milk to get the desired consistency.

  4. Serve it immediately.
