Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and Shrimp Steam Toss

1 1/4 cup Carrots Shredded
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1 cup chopped raw Baby Bella Mushrooms Packaged
1 tsp Ginger Root
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
0.2 serving Fish Sauce
0.2 serving Sesame Oil
0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
16 shrimp Shrimp
2 cup(30 g) Spinach

Recipe Directions for Spinach and Shrimp Steam Toss

Saute onion, carrots, ginger, garlic and mushrooms in olive oil . add shrimp, spinach and coriander leaves cook for 3 minutes until shrimp is pink. toss in for flavor soy sauce, fish sauce (optional) and sesame oil. serve hot. Yummy
