Spinach and shrimp with whole wheat pasta

Recipe Ingredients for spinach and shrimp pasta

175 grams Spaghetti, Whole-wheat, Dry
2/3 cup Atlantic Cold Water Shrimp Cooked and Peeled
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
2 cup Spinach
375 grams Tomatoes
1 cup Asparagus
1 tbsp Marinated Dried Tomatoes, Julienne Slice
2 cloves, raw Garlic
2 tsp Splendido Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cold Pressed

Recipe Directions for spinach and shrimp pasta

  1. heat olive oil in a pan

  2. add garlic and mushrooms and chopped asparagus

  3. add shrimp and saute until pink

  4. add spinach and cook until just wilted

  5. add sundried tomatoes and canned tomatoes and cook through

  6. cook pasta according to directions

  7. drain pasta and toss with the shrimp and spinach mixture
