Recipe Ingredients for spinach shepherd's pie

3 large potatoes
16 oz frozen chopped spinach
8 oz ground turkey
8 oz ground beef
2 eggs
1 medium onion
2 tbspn grapeseed oil
1 salt
1 black pepper
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for spinach shepherd's pie

Mix together turkey and beef. chop and fry the onion in the oil. peel and boil potatoes until soft. Let spinach defrost a bit then saute until wilted and bright green. Mash potatoes with half the onion. When the spinach is ready add the other half of the onion. add 2 eggs into the potatoes, season with salt and pepper. season the spinach with salt and pepper. sautee the garlic and add half to spinach and half to the potatoes. grease a 9x13" pyrex dish. Layer in Potatoes, then spinach, then meat. mix together the remaining spinach and potatoes and place on top. bake for 1 hour at 350 F.
