Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Sausage Loaf

3 pounds Italian sausage
40 ounces frozen chopped spinach
16 ounces part-skim mozzarella
1/4 cup
3/4 cups white flour
1/4 cup fat-free milk

Recipe Directions for Spinach Sausage Loaf

  1. Cook sausage until brown, drain.

  2. Cook spinach, drain.

  3. Grate all mozzarella.

  4. Sprinkle flour on rolling surface, roll out one loaf approx 12-14'' by 5".

  5. Sprinkle sausage, mozarella, and spinach inside loaf.

  6. Pinch loaf closed.

  7. "Paint" with egg whites.

  8. Bake at 350 for 25 mins or so.
