Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Salmon 2 Cheese Quiche

4 Eggs
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 package Frozen Spinach
1 T Olive Oil
4 oz. Salmon
1 Pillsbury Pie Crust
3/4 c 1% Milk

Recipe Directions for Spinach Salmon 2 Cheese Quiche

  1. Thaw spinach, blot with paper towels.

  2. Saute in olive oil.

  3. Blend eggs and milk.

  4. Mix cheeses and spinach and fill pie crust.

  5. Add cooked salmon pieces.

  6. Pour egg mixture into shell.

  7. Bake at 380 for 30-40 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean.
